Tasting Notes
Deep ruby color, aroma of ripe black fruit with a slight floral note. On the palate, good depth and velvety, with dimension and freshness.

Vinification and Aging
Nighttime harvest, followed by fermentation in small stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, and an 18-month aging in firstuse barrels from various origins.
